Jelani Eddington - February 13, 7PM

Silent Film Screening of "The Freshman" (1925) with live organ accompaniment by world renowned theatre organist, Jelani Eddington. His creative output extends beyond live performances, with over 30 albums to his credit. One of his most notable achievements was his viral performance of the Star Wars Symphonic Suite, which garnered millions of views on YouTube, demonstrating his broad appeal.

He was born in Muncie, Indiana, and was exposed to music at an early age, thanks to his musically talented mother and grandmother. Jelani began taking piano lessons at the age of four, and it was during his youth that he discovered his love for the theatre pipe organ.

​At 13, he made history by becoming the youngest winner of the American Theatre Organ Society’s Young Theatre Organist Competition.
Since those early days, he has traveled worldwide, sharing his talent and love of music with theatre organ enthusiasts.
